English Cheddar Grilled Cheese

Cherry Preserves, Mustard Seed Crema

For the Mustard Seed Crema:

¼  cup Cream Fraiche

¾  cup Olive Oil Mayo

1 Tbl. Whole Grain Mustard  

Pinch Cayenne Pepper



For the Grilled Cheese Sandwich:

1 # Thin Sliced English Cheddar

4 oz. Grated Extra Aged Gouda

Cherry Preserves

1 Loaf Sliced Rustic Bread

½ # Irish Butter



Pre heat a flat top griddle. Spread mustard seed crema on both pieces of bread. Place several slices of the cheddar on the bottom piece and sprinkle Gouda over the cheddar. Spread cheery preserves on the top bread. Griddle with Irish butter until golden brown and cheeses are melted.

Makes 4 sandwiches
