Carver Vineyard

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon

We will be pouring both a library wine and future vintage from this vineyard.

Wine to be poured: 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon

Food Pairing

Melted Spinach, Shitake, Truffle Balsamella

Old Oak Vineyard

Old Oak will be our featured Vineyard this year. We will be tasting through a selection of the wines that we make from this Vineyard, one of the wines will be paired with our lunch and we will taking a tour of the vineyard and The Colmars upcoming production facility.

 

Grapes: Zinfandel, Picpoul Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Mourvedre, Grenache, Syrah, Counnoise and Cinsault

Wines to be poured:  2016 Grenache Blanc, 2015 Picpoul Blanc, 2016 Rose, 2014 Oveja Negra, Grenache, 2013 Sheep Camp Zinfandel
